How to receive an expressmail item?

Expressmail items are delivered directly to addressee, but if the addressee is not present at the particular address during the delivery, an invitation „You’ve got mail” is left in mailbox. In such case please follow these steps:

• From phone numbers noted on invitation please choose and call the one most appropriate for your address.

• In order to make second delivery please check that you can answer the following questions (information is noted on invitation):

  • Addressee (Your name and surname or company’s name),

  • Address (Your address),

  • Item’s number,

  • Date and time when the courier has tried to deliver the item.

  • Date and time when the second delivery could take place (It is suggested that you are present in particular address one hour before and after the chosen time).
