Forming accompanying documents:

If only 1 item is sent on one collection, sender forms the item in My Expressmail system by fulfilling all necessary fields and attaches the appropriate label to the item:

For domestic items EKS label is added (3 copies)

For Baltic Express items to Lithuania or Estonia CP71 label is added (3 copies),

For items to other European Union countries or outside European Union E1 label is added, which consists of 4 copies with marks on the upper right corner for distribution:

Sender keeps the fourth copy with mark „Sūtītāja eksemplārs” (sender’s copy) in the upper right corner.

First, second and third copies are attached to item.

If at least 2 items are sent on one collection, sender prints list KR1 in 2 (two) copies for all collected items, marks every item with address label (it is possible to print it from EKIS) and attaches to the item the appropriate label:

For domestic items EKS label is added (1 copy)

For Baltic Express items to Lithuania or Estonia CP71 label is added (2 copies),

For items to other European Union countries or outside European Union E1 label is added, which consists of 4 copies with marks on the upper right corner for distribution:

About documents to be returned to sender (invoices, lease documents, etc.):

The sender attaches the copies of invoices to be returned to item from outside, while other copies of invoices are packed inside the item. The sender indicates marks on EKS label or in KR1 list and on the address label about the added invoices.
